Admission to Santa’s Village is required for any guest that is 36″ or taller. Children under 36″ do not require a ticket to enter Santa’s Village.
All tickets and passes are for individuals only. We do not offer family passes.

Disability Rate
A person with a disability will pay our regular daily admission rate and their aid will be admitted free of charge. This rate only applies to daily general admission tickets and does not apply to a Season Pass.

Santa’s Village is Muskoka’s oldest and largest family-fun attraction. Nestled in Muskoka’s Enchanted Forest, halfway between the North Pole and the equator on the 45th parallel, it is Santa’s summer home of choice.
The Village boasts three theme parks, a day camp, animals, and a family campground, where kids of all ages can visit Santa, and enjoy rides, games, and countless other family-friendly activities.

Most of the rides at Santa’s Village accommodate all ages, but usually children aged 2-12 enjoy them most.

Yes! We offer various discounts throughout the season. Typically we offer discounted general admission rates in the spring and fall.
We also offer Season Pass discounts when purchasing during the holiday season for the following year.
Sales and promotions vary from year to year so we recommend joining our mailing list to stay up to date on the most current discounts and offers. Just opt in to our Nice List or like us on Facebook and you will qualify for promotions throughout the season.

Yes, we do offer group rates. If you have at least 20 people in your group, you can take advantage of our various group packages that include park tickets, lunch, and more. Visit our Group Rates page for details.
Of course! We don’t want anyone going hungry. You can buy all sorts of yummy food, including pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, chicken nuggets, ice cream, baked goods, and sandwiches. Visit our Dining & Refreshments page for details.
Outside food & drink is NOT permitted within Santa’s Village. There is a picnic area located outside of the park next to parking Lot B.
Pets are NOT permitted in Santa’s Village, or Muskoka Zip Lines & Aerial Park.

We strive to make everyone feel welcome at Santa’s Village. If your child needs special accommodations during your visit, please visit Guest Services, located in the Gate House, and we will be happy to help you.
Yes, our washrooms are wheelchair accessible.
Unfortunately, most of our rides are not wheelchair accessible. However, there are lots of other fun things to see and do at Santa’s Village for people of all abilities.
Santa’s Village is a smoke & Vape free park. To ensure the comfort of all guests within the park, smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere within Santa’s Village or Muskoka Ziplines and Aerial Park. This includes the use of tobacco, e-cigarettes, and cannabis. Guests are to use the designated smoking area located in the parking lot. Violators may be asked to leave the property without a refund.
Santa’s Village Lost & Found Policy
All lost items that have been found either by a guest or a staff member are returned to the Guest Services team, located in the Gatehouse at the front of the park. If you have lost an item please inform Guest Services and we will do our best to locate your lost item. Santa’s Village will hold all lost items for 90 days at which time they will be donated to a local area charity.
If you lose your season pass while at Santa’s Village we will contact the phone number or email on file to return the pass. If there is no phone number or email on file, Santa’s Village will hold onto the pass until the end of the season. You will need to provide a photo ID in order to have this item returned.
A Guest Services team member may ask for identification or for you to describe the lost item when you come to pick up the item in the case of large ticket items.
If guests are unable to return to the park to pick up their lost item you must send a shipping label to information@santasvillage.ca, in order to have their lost item shipped to them. Santa’s Village does not use Canada Post to return lost items to guests. Guests must use a courier from the list provided: UPS, Purolator and FedEx.

Cabins & Camping
Located right across the street from Santa’s Village on the Muskoka River, Santa’s Whispering Pines Campground is Muskoka Camping at its finest. Click here for more information.
We welcome you on site any time after 11 am and we look to have your site ready by 4 pm. Should your site not be ready upon arrival, you are welcome to park in the overflow parking lot and enjoy your day at the campground or Santa’s Village or the Aerial Park. Check out time is 11:00 am. Please see us if you would like to extend your stay.
The difference between a standard and premium site include location, amenities and/or privacy. Each premium site offers different features. Please call us to discuss the merits of each specific site.
Santa’s Village tickets are not included with your camping reservation. For General Admission, you can save $3 off the day-of Gate price if you purchase by 10pm the night before your visit (online advance price is automatically $3 lower). You can also take advantage of our Ultimate Camper Pass which grants you admission to Santa’s Village all season in addition to vouchers and discounts within the park.
Yes, there are lots of fun family activities at Santa’s Whispering Pines Campground. We are currently offering activities that can be enjoyed by individual families, rather than large gatherings and events.

Yes. In addition to sites for your tents and trailers, we also have cabins and yurts available to rent. Click here for more details.

- Standard Cabin – loft style – queen bed on main level and 2 single mattresses in loft area, light table and chairs, NOT SUITABLE for families with children under 5 due to loft access
- 2 Storey Cabin – queen bed on main level and 6 single mattresses in loft area, light table with 2 chairs, bar fridge and Keurig coffee maker (pods not supplied)

No they do not. You will need to bring everything you will use to cook on and with.

Yes, there is access to the big lakes via the Muskoka River.
We allow pets at the campground but require that they be leashed at all times. Owners must clean up after them and ensure that barking is kept to a minimum.
Can I bring them over to Santa’s Village / Muskoka Zip Lines & Aerial Park?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Santa’s Village or Muskoka Zip Lines & Aerial Park.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your payment, less a $50 cancellation fee, will be returned to your credit card.
If you cancel within the 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival, all payment is forfeited. Tickets to Santa’s Village that had been added to your reservation are also forfeited when cancelling your reservation within 14 days of your date of arrival.
Cancellation due to no payment
If payment was not made by the assigned date, your reservation will be cancelled.

Muskoka Zip Lines & Aerial Park
Comfortable athletic clothing suitable for the temperatures that day, and close-toed shoes like running or hiking shoes. No sandals or flip-flops. Long hair must be tied back at all times.
Yes, reservations are strongly recommended. Although we do accept walk ups when our schedule allows, we have a limited number of harnesses and helmets and need to ensure we have equipment and guides for all participants.
You can either download and print the waiver from this website and fill it out before arriving, or obtain one once you arrive at the park. The Waiver will inform you of the potential physical risks associated with the activities. Anyone under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian before they will be permitted to start their activity.
These aerial adventures operate rain or shine. The only time we won’t go is if there is thunder and lightning, or really high winds. When this happens we close our courses until the bad weather has passed. Courses are closed for 30 minutes after the last thunder clap. Should your adventure be cancelled due to lightning or high winds, we will gladly re-schedule the remainder of your adventure for another date.
There is no minimum age requirement, however, children must meet the minimum height and weight safety requirements (see below). Children 10 years and under must also be accompanied by an adult throughout the activity. Anyone under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian before they will be permitted to start their activity.

Aerial Adventure Course: Guests need to demonstrate the ability to “self-rescue” during the orientation process.
A self-rescue is when you hang freely from the safety line and pull yourself back up onto the platform. The inability to be able to self-rescue will mean the guest will not be able to proceed with the climb (a full refund would be provided).
