School Group Reservation

  • This should be the email address for the teacher or administration coordinating the group - not the school general address.
  • Price: $24.50. Please include the total number of students attending with your school, including those with season passes.
  • Students with passes will receive complimentary admission. If a student has a valid 2026 season pass, please ensure they have informed us prior to 7 days before the visit. All 2026 season passes are required to be processed in order to be considered valid. This will be adjusted on your invoice once final numbers have been confirmed.
  • Price: $24.50. You will receive one free adult admission for every 10 students attending. This will be adjusted on your invoice once final numbers have been confirmed. Educational Assistants providing one on one support to a student will receive free admission. If this applies to your group please include this in the notes section so their ticket can be removed from the cost. Please include the total number of teachers/chaperones attending with your school, including those with season passes.
  • Teachers/chaperones with passes will receive complimentary admission. If a teacher/chaperone has a valid 2026 season pass, please ensure they have informed us prior to 7 days before the visit. FAQ

School Group Week 2026 is scheduled to take place from June 22nd through June 25th. The operating hours for these dates will be 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day.

Cost is $24.50 per person(tax included) – students and additional adults

During school group week, 1 line in each food or retail outlet will be designated to take cash.

All of our rides and attractions will be running during school group week with the exception of Santa’s Spray & Play Beach Zone and Santa’s Enchanted Forest. For a full list of our attractions visit: www.santasvillage.ca/park-attractions/

We have skill games where every player wins a prize and the Muskoka Mining Sluice. These activities will be open, but have an additional cost. Skill games starting at $5 and every play wins a prize. The Muskoka Mining Sluice starts at $12 plus HST.

We have numerous food & beverage outlets in the park that will be open during your visit. Food is not included in the cost of admission.

Yes! You can certainly bring your own lunch. We have plenty of picnic tables throughout the park where your group can sit an enjoy your lunch.

We have a designated area outdoors where we set up a station for each school to put their bags. Please note this area is not secure. Santa’s Village will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please be aware Santa’s Village will be open to the general public as well.

The park opens at 10am. It is best if you arrive approximately 20-30 minutes early if possible so we can register your group. When you arrive a member of our team will greet you in the parking lot. We ask that your group remain on the bus until our team has confirmed your total attendance numbers and completed the attendance sheet. They will provide you with wrist bands for everyone in your group. These wrist bands are your tickets and everyone over the height of 36″ tall entering the park must have one. (all children will be measured upon arrival)

One Bus Driver per bus will receive complimentary admission. If your bus driver will be entering the park, please ask our team for an additional wrist band for them. Additional family members not being paid for by the school can receive a discount of $30 plus tax but must be attending the same day as the school. These tickets may only be purchased in-person at Ticket Sales. A complete list including the first and last names of each additional member must be emailed to groups@santasvillage.ca in advance.
