Santa’s Village Family Entertainment Park is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our fun driven family theme park. We employ people that enjoy serving the public in a place where families experience magical and memorable times with their children.

Positions Available

Santa’s Village

Ride Operator – load, unload and run one of our rides. This is an outdoor position with a lot of customer contact. Ride operators change rides daily and ride assignments are given based on employee ability and level of customer service.

Turnstile Ticket Taker – ticket takers are one of the first people our guests meet. You are required to take and validate tickets, stamp hands, issue maps, give directions and tally hourly attendance counts. This is an outdoor position with a lot of customer contact.

Gate House Ticket Seller – Gate House attendants sell admission tickets to our guests. This position requires great cash handling skills, that you are comfortable with POS machines and you enjoy dealing with the public as there is a lot of time spent explaining the different ticket types and packages to our guests.

Guest Services Attendant – This position is the key person responsible for answering our phones and providing customer service inquiries to our guests on site. This person helps with tickets sales in the gatehouse and is therefore comfortable with cash registers and POS machines. Guest Services is responsible for park administration and is part of our first aid team.

Food & Beverage Cooks – We have several food & beverage outlets in the park from cooking pizza and hot dogs to making sandwiches, baking cookies or scooping ice cream. If you like cooking or want to learn the food services industry, we have great opportunities for you.

Food & Beverage Cashiers – Cashiers are comfortable with cash registers, handling cash and great with customer service in a fast paced location. You are responsible for taking orders and serving the guest accurately.

Games Attendant – This position requires an outgoing, perky individual who likes to interact with people all day long. You are self motivated and perform well when given daily targets.

Merchandise Cashier – This is an indoor position with a lot of customer contact. You are responsible for stocking shelves, organizing the store, talking to all of our guests and using the cash register and POS machine. You must be comfortable working with cash in this area.

Face Painter – You enjoy art at school and have artistic talents. You have a lot of customer contact in a busy area.

Grounds Keeper  – This person works independently with little supervision and is responsibility for cleaning washrooms, changing garbage cans, cleaning our parking lot and grounds. This is an outdoor position and requires a lot of walking – you are always moving.

Vault Clerk – This position is ideal for someone who wants to wants to work evenings, is self motivated and is excellent with cash balancing skills.

Sportsland

Sportsland Cashier – This position is responsible for front line customer service in a busy arcade. You are comfortable dealing with cash registers, POS machines and giving change in a fast paced area. You serve snack foods and validate park tickets so attention to detail is important.

Go-Kart Attendant – Responsible for the safe operation of the go-kart track. You are responsible for loading and unloading guests. This position requires a confident and mature person and requires that you work evenings.

Sportsland Supervisor – We are looking for someone to work afternoon shifts to close Sportsland and our revenue control department. You will have exceptional customer service skills and are comfortable with cash register, POS machines, trouble shooting equipment and supervising front line staff. You are a hands on supervisor working along side staff.

Boat Crew-Santa’s Village is looking for boat crew positions to help operate the Santa’s Summer Sleigh jet boat this summer. Ministry of Transportation, Marine Division certification at an MED A2 level is required and we will train. Position is available on a part-time basis for 2 or 3 days per week. Ideally suited to a retiree looking for a fun position where you will be part of a team of entertaining staff. Must be 21 years or older.

Seasonal Mechanical Maintenance-As a member of the maintenance department you will be involved in the operation of the park including rides and equipment inspections, general repair and maintenance tasks, daily start up and shut down procedures and supervision of part-time staff. The position is open from April to September and will be between 3 and 5 days per week with 8.5 hour days. Demonstrated experience in mechanical or electrical is preferred. Ideally suited to a retiree interested in working part time this summer in a fun, outdoor environment.

Campground Positions

Whispering Pines Campground Guest Services and Reservationist– This indoor, administrative position includes answering phones, booking reservations, checking guests in and assisting customers.  This position requires someone with excellent customer service skills, able to multi task, basic cash handling and computer knowledge, is a quick learner and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. This position requires afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.  Both full time and part time positions are available.

Whispering Pines Campground Groundskeeper-This outdoor position includes facility maintenance and repairs, cleaning, pool care and heavy lifting. This position will also interact with onsite guests, so customer service skills are a must. Day, evening and weekend shifts are required with up to 35 hours per week.

Whispering Pines Housekeeping-This indoor and outdoor position includes cleaning washrooms and cabins on site. It also requires some gardening, weeding and watering of small garden beds on site and cleaning of common areas including the Rec. Centre, office and staff areas.  Day and Weekend shifts are required.

Muskoka Zip Lines & Aerial Park

Muskoka Zip Lines and Aerial Park is a large commercial Aerial Park located in beautiful Bracebridge, Ontario. The Aerial Park is part of Santa’s Sportsland. Muskoka Zip Lines and Aerial Park offers a unique blend of Adventure Facilities, which provide a level of adventure appropriate for every participant from the thrill seeker to the first time adventure seeker. Adventure Facilities consist of a two-height Aerial Park, Zip Line Tour, QUICKjump, ‘Big Zip’ and Kid’s Aerial Park. We have various positions of varying levels and experience available. Join Santa’s Team

  • You must be 14 years of age (unless otherwise stated) AND have your Social Insurance Number to be employed with us.
  • We have part time or full time work depending on what you are looking  for – work 2 – 5 days per week.
  • Most jobs are day time hours between 9:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday – Sunday. Sportsland employees are scheduled evening shifts until close at 10:00 p.m.
  • Interviews will begin in March at our Job Fair and on Tuesday afternoons until all of our positions are filled. A cover letter and resume are not required but are recommended so that we know what area of the park you are interested in before you arrive for your interview.
  • Mandatory staff training takes place in June.
