Santa’s Village is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our fun driven family theme park. We employ people that enjoy serving the public in a place where families experience magical and memorable times with their children.

We offer flexible shifts and can provide all the training you will need. If you have an energetic interest in working with the public in tourism and hospitality AND you want to experience a summer in Muskoka, make money, meet new friends and gain valuable experience within the tourism and hospitality industry, we have opportunities for you.

SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

For the 2020 season Santa’s Village will be providing students joining our team with the opportunity to be awarded one of six Academic Scholarships available this year. Employees who meet the requirements will be eligible to apply for one of the three scholarships and then an appointed committee will evaluate all applications and choose a recipient for each of the three scholarships at the end of the 2020 season. STAFF ACCOMMODATIONS

Santa’s Village now offers onsite housing for team members. We have two building in Whispering Pines campground reserved for employee residence during our operating season. For details on our employee accommodation program click HERE.

STAFF INCENTIVES & REWARDS

We believe it is important to recognize team members for their hard work and dedication which is why we offer several different incentives and rewards.

Employee’s of Santa’s Village, Sportsland, Muskoka Zip Lines & Aerial Park and Whispering Pines Campground will have access to the Attractions Ontario Reciprocal Program. This gives employees access to free tickets and discounts to many exciting attractions and activities in Ontario.
