What time should we arrive and where do we go?
The park opens at 10am. It is best if you arrive approximately 20-30 minutes early if possible so we can register your group. When you arrive a member of our team will greet you in the parking lot. We ask that your group remain on the bus until our team has confirmed your total attendance numbers and completed the attendance sheet. They will provide you with wrist bands for everyone in your group. These wrist bands are your tickets and everyone over the age of 3 entering the park must have one.
-
How does the billing work?
You will be billed based on your attendance sheet that is completed when you arrive. Our finance team will prepare your invoice and have it ready for you at guest services before you leave the park. You may pay the invoice by cash, cheque or credit at any time once it has been prepared. If you require an invoice to submit to your school administrator before they can issue payment, you may also pick up the invoice before leaving the park and send payment after your visit.
-
Can Bus Drivers and Parent’s come into the Park as well?
Bus Drivers may enter the park free of charge. If your bus driver will be entering the park please ask our team for an additional wrist band for them, free of charge. Parent’s that are not being paid for by the group are also eligible to receive the group rate of $20.00 +HST but will need to purchase their ticket at the gate house.
