All of our rides and attractions will be running during school group week with the exception of Santa’s Spray & Play Beach Zone and Santa’s Enchanted Forest. For a full list of our attractions visit our website: www.santasvillage.ca/home/rides/
Are there additional activities that are not included in the cost admission?

Is there food available in the park?
We have numerous food & beverage outlets in the park that will be open during your visit. Food is not included in the cost of admission, however you can add lunch combos to you group booking at a discounted rate. ($8.50 Per Person, Includes Pizza or Hot dog, a juice box and a cookie)
Can we bring our own food? Where do we eat?
Yes! You can certainly bring your own lunch. We have plenty of picnic tables throughout the park where your group can sit an enjoy your lunch.
Is there a place for student to put their backpacks?
We have a designated outdoor field where we set up a station for each school to put their bags. Please note this area is not secure. Santa’s Village will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
What time should we arrive and where do we go?
The park opens at 10am. It is best if you arrive approximately 20-30 minutes early if possible so we can register your group. When you arrive a member of our team will greet you in the parking lot. We ask that your group remain on the bus until our team has confirmed your total attendance numbers and completed the attendance sheet. They will provide you with wrist bands for everyone in your group. These wrist bands are your tickets and everyone over the age of 3 entering the park must have one.
How does the billing work?
You will be billed based on your attendance sheet that is completed when you arrive. Our finance team will prepare your invoice and have it ready for you at guest services before you leave the park. You may pay the invoice by cash, cheque or credit at any time once it has been prepared. If you require an invoice to submit to your school administrator before they can issue payment, you may also pick up the invoice before leaving the park and send payment after your visit.
Can Bus Drivers and Parent’s come into the Park as well?
Bus Drivers may enter the park free of charge. If your bus driver will be entering the park please ask our team for an additional wrist band for them, free of charge. Parent’s that are not being paid for by the group are also eligible to receive the group rate of $20.00 +HST but will need to purchase their ticket at the gate house.
