Experience “The Knight Before Christmas” at Santa’s Village!

We had to keep this under wraps (because Hollywood contracts) until the magical movie made its release, but now that it’s here we can’t wait to share it with you!

Netflix’s newest holiday movie, The Knight Before Christmas, stars Vanessa Hudgens (as Brooke), Josh Whitehouse (as Cole, or “Sir Cole”), and Emmanuelle Chriqui (as Madison). And, though it’s set in the fictional Bracebridge, Ohio, it was actually filmed in Italy and in our very own Bracebridge, Ontario! And the Internet approves, with 89% of reviews on Google giving it a thumbs up.

And what better place could the crew have found to make Christmas wishes – and a knight’s quest – come true, than right here at Santa’s Village?

It might always be Christmas here at the Village, but this year we’ve got some extra special holiday magic in store for you. First, gather the kids, pop the popcorn and watch the movie on Netflix! Then visit the park and bring The Knight Before Christmas to life!

This holiday season, we’re hosting Santa Fest each weekend of December leading right up to Christmas. That’s three whole weekends to visit the park and trace the footsteps of Brooke and Cole:

Start at our entrance – where Cole meets Santa and Mrs Claus…
Choose your steed and take a turn on the Christmas Carousel – where Sir Cole discovers he’s not at home anymore…
Visit Mrs Claus’ Bake Shop (recognize the giant gingerbread man?) and decorate your own gingerbread cookie – right where Brooke and Cole have their heart-to-heart chats…

And, don’t forget our favourite Christmas activities like…making Christmas crafts and roasting gooey marshmallows over the fire…

And, before heading home, top off your movie tour with a hot cocoa from Mrs. Claus’ Bakeshop and watch our Christmas light display twinkle even brighter as evening falls over the park.
