What Changes to Expect When you Arrive at the Park

At Santa’s village your Health & Safety is our first priority. We have developed a comprehensive plan with new health & safety measures to help keep our guests and team members safe.

Control Daily Park Capacity
We will be controlling the maximum daily attendance in our park in order to maintain enough space for families to practice social distancing throughout the park.

Limit Indoor Facility Capacity
We will be limiting the capacity at each of indoor venues such as the bake shop and gift shops in the park to ensure that there is plenty of room for social distancing.

Separate Guests on Rides & Attractions
We’ve developed plans specific to each of our our rides to minimize contact between parties and follow social distancing guidelines. This will include empty rows and seats between guests to maintain safe distance.

Maintain 6 ft Separation in all Queues
We have markers throughout the park to help guests keep a safe distance from one another. Our team will monitor the queues to ensure that the social distancing is promoted.

Cleaning Teams to Disinfect Common Areas in the Park
We have implemented an enhanced cleaning program and will have our team working to sanitize and disinfect all high touch points, such as benches, picnic tables, hand rails, etc.

Continuously Sanitize & Disinfect Ride & Attractions
Our cleaning team will spray or wipe down rides and restraints to give the riders a safe and sanitary experience.

Hand Sanitizer Stations Throughout the Park
We have many stations placed throughout the park offering free hand sanitizer to guests and employees.

Guest Separation in Seating Areas
Our dining seating areas have been reconfigured to allow plenty of distance between seated families.
