Team Building - Themed Events
Teams work best when
they share enjoyable, mutual experiences outside work. Give your team the edge
they need to succeed in today's business world. Group
team building and team bonding events challenge your team to overcome obstacles
to complete a larger event in programs such as Tongue Tied and Backwoods Survival
Mission. Teams create interpersonal bonds which not only acquaint team members
but also provide the groundwork for a strong, more efficient working relationships.
All programs
include access to Sportsland's amenities including: Laser tag, go-carts, mini-putt,
arcade and batting cages. | |

Teams
race against each other and the clock through events that challenge both their
brain and brawn. Teams are directed through the event with clues earned at each
challenge. Challenges can
include suspended rope obstacle course, grand prix racing, sticks and stones golf,
Mount Muskoka climbing, get there on time and more! |

Baby!! Are you ready to slide back into the time of Shagadelic Adventures and
"spy" times?
The
Shagadelic Adventure is a multi-layered event in which teams compete against each
other for the Ultimate Peace Symbol. Teams earn pieces of the puzzle showing the
location of the peace symbol. With fewer peace symbols than teams, it's a race
to the finish line! Challenges
can include swinging singles obstacle course, building bridges escapade, beer
tent shuffle, discotheque hopping and more! | CONFERENCE

Not your typical "seek and you shall find"!! Our
scavenger hunts include components to tickle everyone's fancy. Brainteasers, trivia
and crazy activities make our hunts sensational!
Rope
Maze $38/pp
Over, under, around and through - come be a kid again!! Every
adult is a kid in disguise. Come relive the joy of play in our adult size obstacle
course. You never know what to expect! Pick

Winter or Summer these initiatives will challenge your team!!
Pick any three of our Team Challenges to create a custom program. Challenges include
various low ropes elements such as: Earthquake, Columbus Crusade, Fire Starter,
Icy River and more. Cosmic
Coaster Challenge $38/pp
You have three minutes to find anything you think
will be an asset to a challenge. Ready, Set, Go!! Creating a roller coaster to
carry precious cargo can be quite a challenge - creativity is the key! Score
Card $38/pp
Get your team and get ready to race!! Teams must complete
challenges in Mini Golf, Go-Carting, Lazer Tag and Paddleboats. Beware - sometimes
the lowest score wins!!!
NORTHERN
ADVENTURES * (1-2 hours)  Scavenger
Snap $35/pp
This scavenger hunt is a exciting blend of creativity and
wit. How well can you interpret and photograph the items required? This activity
culminates in a group presentation based on any given theme!
Muskoka
Mini Putt $35/pp
Take your knowledge of the real thing and build your
own course. We give you all the elements, you create the course. Muskoka
Mission $35/pp
Let your brain do the walking for this mission. Teams are
challenged by trivia, Wordles and Pictograms as they strive to earn valuable points
for their team. Create a deluxe version by adding Team Challenges to test the
team's brawn. Clue In

On your way to the annual tradeshow to unveil your revolutionary
new product, your teams have been captured by your competitor. Each team has been
separated and is
locked up with a special, coded lock. Your teams must piece
together the clues to break the lock and make it to the tradeshow on time! Seasonal

Take your team out of their normal work environment
and watch the relationships transform. Your custom designed program will challenge
your team to work together
in an unfamiliar environment and will challenge
their communication, time and resource management and leadership skills. Select

NORTHERN
EXPEDITIONS * (1 ½ - 3 hours)  Shagadelic
Adventure $45/pp
Swing back to the groovy 60's for this adventure! Teams
compete against each other for the hidden peace symbol. Clues are collected at
each challenge station. This event is best for large groups.
Wilderness
Survival Adventure $45/pp
Lost in the woods, days away from civilization
and only what you are carrying to keep you alive! Challenge your team with activities
that test their wilderness savvy while addressing communication, time and resource
management and appropriate leadership. Tongue
Tied $45/pp
Test your true communication skills with this challenge. Teams
must complete the challenges presented together - but with one big twist - they
don't speak the same language! This two-part activity focuses on intra-team communication
and culminates in a take-home memento for each team member. Building
Bridges $45/pp
"I'll take two, please!" This two-part activity
challenges teams to use their brain-power to earn the required "Santa Bucks"
to building their bridge. Focused on inter-team communication, teams must buy
their materials from another - who speak another language. Acting skills are an
asset!! Ultimate Muskoka
Mountain Bike/War Canoe Mission $40/pp
If you thought the Muskoka Mission
was a challenge, beware of this mission!! Not for the faint of heart, this mission
combines the elements of the Deluxe Muskoka Mission
with a mountain bike
or war canoe poker run. Backwoods
Survival Mission $45/pp
Mayday, Mayday, we are going down…..!! You
have just received the call that a float plane has crashed in the woods. You are
the only people available for a recovery mission. Teams must locate the fallen
plane and get the injured people back to the main property safely. Creativity
and quick thinking are key to this challenge.
