Santa's Village offers a series
of training programs for those entering the workforce for
the first time. Participants don't have to apply at Santa's
Village it is open to anyone interested.

Santa's
Village Family Entertainment Park is looking for energetic and
enthusiastic individuals to join our fun driven family theme park.
We employ people that enjoy serving the public in a place where
families experience magical and memorable times with their children.
We
offer flexible shifts and can provide all the training you will
need. If you have an energetic interest in working with and service
the public AND you want to experience a summer in Muskoka, make
money, meet new friends and gain valuable experience within the
hospitality industry, we have opportunities for you.
Positions
Available
Ride
Operator - load, unload and run one of our rides. This is
an outdoor position with a lot of customer contact. Ride operators
change rides daily and ride assignments are given based on employee
ability and level of customer service.
Turnstile
Ticket Taker - ticket takers are one of the first people our
guests meet. You are required to take and validate tickets, stamp
hands, issue maps, give directions and tally hourly attendance
counts. This is an outdoor position with a lot of customer contact.
Gate
House Ticket Seller - Gate House attendants sell admission
tickets to our guests. This position requires great cash handling
skills, that you are comfortable with POS machines and you enjoy
dealing with the public as there is a lot of time spent explaining
the different ticket types and packages to our guests.
Guest
Services Attendant - This full time, summer position is the
key person responsible for answering our phones and providing
customer service inquiries to our guests on site. This person
helps with tickets sales in the gatehouse and is therefore comfortable
with cash registers and POS machines. Guest Services is responsible
for park administration and is part of our first aid team.
Food
& Beverage Cooks - We have several food & beverage
outlets in the park from cooking pizza and hot dogs to making
sandwiches, baking cookies or scooping ice cream. If you like
cooking or want to learn the food services industry, we have great
opportunities for you.
Food
& Beverage Cashiers - Cashiers are comfortable with cash
registers, handling cash and great with customer service in a
fast paced location. You are responsible for taking orders and
serving the guest accurately.
Games
Attendant - This position requires an outgoing, perky individual
who likes to interact with people all day long. You are self motivated
and perform well when given daily targets.
Merchandise
Cashier - This is an indoor position with a lot of customer
contact. You are responsible for stocking shelves, organizing
the store, talking to all of our guests and using the cash register
and POS machine. You must be comfortable working with cash in
this area.
Face
Painter - You enjoy art at school and have artistic talents.
You have a lot of customer contact in a busy area.
Grounds
Keeper / Housekeeping - This person works independently with
little supervision and is responsibility for cleaning washrooms,
changing garbage cans, cleaning our parking lot and grounds and
also helps with landscaping. This is an outdoor position and requires
a lot of walking - you are always moving.
Vault
Clerk - This position is ideal for someone who wants to wants
to work evenings, is self motivated and is excellent with cash
balancing skills.
Sportsland
Cashier - This position is responsible for front line customer
service in a busy arcade. You are comfortable dealing with cash
registers, POS machines and giving change in a fast paced area.
You serve snack foods and validate park tickets and rent strollers
so attention to detail is important.
Go-Kart
Attendant - Responsible for the safe operation of the go-kart
track. You are responsible for loading and unloading guests. This
position requires a confident and mature person and requires that
you work evenings.
Food
& Beverage Supervisor - We require a kitchen supervisor
to oversee food production and cashiers in the main kitchen, fryer,
and island snack shop. This person will prepare inventory order
sheets and assist with staff scheduling. This person is a hands
on supervisor who leads by example in our daily operations.
Head
Gardener - will supervise landscaping staff (grass cutting,
garden maintenance, watering) Our Head Gardener is responsible
for all spring planting, horticultural activities and creative
design. This position is ideal for someone seeking shift flexibility.
Sportsland
Supervisor - We are looking for someone to work afternoon
shifts to close Sportsland and our revenue control department.
You will have exception customer service skills and are comfortable
with cash register, POS machines, trouble shooting equipment and
supervising front line staff. You are a hands on supervisor working
along side staff.

number of positions of responsibility including administration,
reservations, promotions, marketing, sales, lead guide, maintenance
and construction are also available on a seasonal basis.
Eaglecrest Aerial Parks, a new and exciting Ontario summer activity,
is hiring part-time and full-time seasonal aerial guides on an
ongoing basis. Picture yourself leading climbers through the treetop
canopy of the majestic white pines along the shores of the Muskoka
River … there is nothing like it.
We accept
resumes year round, and provide extensive training for our guides.
